There I was, searching for some cards to do a tribal elemental deck, when I came across
Incandescent Soulstoke
.
The "normal" tribal deck wasn't that thrilling, so I thought to myself: "This card is like a Sneak Attack... hum... I have to find a way to ply it".
Lucky for me, there are a ton of elemental creatures, and some big guys. So I built this deck around the Soulstoke, and splashed some blue to give some control and some way to dig trough the deck.
Combos:
A good card in the deck is Flanekin Harbinger. In the early game allow me to get
Incandescent Soulstoke
, and in the late game gets me a powerfull elemental. Also, when it's in the game, and I play an elemental with Soulstoke, I normaly go for something like
Nova Chaser
or
Supreme Exemplar
, because of their champion ability, allowing to bounce the harbinger, getting a new elemental creature.
If somethign comes up, and I can't get
Incandescent Soulstoke
, I still have Smokebriader to help cast the big elementals.
Elementals:
Nova Chaser
and
Supreme Exemplar
are here because of their champion ability and because of trample and flying.
Doomgape
is a beast with trample.
Grave Sifter
is here mainly becasue if I run dry of elementals, or if Soulstoke is in the graveyard.
Guile can only be blocked by at least 3 creatures, making it almost unblockable. Also, it goes back to the library when it goes to the cemetery.
Living Hive, just because of the tokens and trample
Purity
a flier that keeps coming back.
Reveillark, just to get small elementals that got to the cemetery, like Soulstoke.
