I don't really see why I'd ever want to use the Gate without anything that makes use of it, especially considering I don't even have Temple Garden .
As for the Signet, yeah, I've been considering replacing it with land ramp, but if I go that route I'm more partial to Recross the Paths .

Well I said card:Nature's Lore because it fits the same two-drop slot as the signet. It also grabs an untapped forest, meaning if you don't need the mana that turn you can grab Dryad Arbor or Temple Garden (assuming you'll open one or trade for it). I often have a tapped land or different one-drop than the general, then turn two card:Nature's Lore and Rhys the Redeemed , letting me tap and made an elf turn 4, though mine is more token based and yours is heavier creature cards, so maybe you take a different thread. But Recross the Paths is good too, I got it for another deck and am considering putting it in my Rhys tokens.
Selesnya Guildgate is just another helpful land for the spells with double colored mana, and you'll likely find a turn when you don't need the mana right away anyhow.
Btw, meant to say earlier that both mono-white Ajanis are fantastic in this deck. Doubling Season lets both of them ultimate first turn. If Trostani happens to be on the board too, it's all the more amazing. Ajani Goldmane 's +1 doesn't matter, but his -1 is also fantastic, and all of Ajani, Caller of the Pride 's abilities are great.

expensive yes, but Emmara Tandris would do fine in this deck... especially with the ramp you have.... and all the tokens....

card:Nature's Lore is a completely better option than the Selesnya Signet . I like the new Selesnya Charm a lot, and although you seem not to use many slow lands, Selesnya Guildgate is still probably worth it. Also board wipes could be a big problem for you, so I think Eldrazi Monument may be worth it. With your general sac'ing one a turn shouldn't be a big problem.
