I've seen Mono-Green and Golgari Elves but never Jund. With how much mana elves can make I thought why not try burn. Elves can be aggressive too so I threw in some buffs and tribal synergy.

Kresh the Bloodbraided is my commander mostly for color identity but he can be quite scary despite not benefiting from the elf synergies.
