This deck is part of a US$10.00 budget format. This budget encompasses the mainboard and the sideboard (everything but traditional basic lands), so it makes for a very interesting deckbuilding challenge.

By Jove, I've done it again! Another consistent, cheeky deck, all under the price tag of $10. The game plan is to assemble the value-combo of Emeria Sheperd + Burnished Hart. Each iteration of the combo nets you two extra tapped plains, and something extra from your graveyard (in addition to your burnished hart).

But 7 mana is a lot for a combo piece, right!??
Right?!?
Well usually, yes. But in this deck, the whole thing is centered around using mana rocks that are eventually just draw engines.If a 4/4 flying combo piece isn't enough to finish up the game, we've got plenty of other ways to do it. We accidentally get out loads of mana, so White Sun's Zenith can get us more cats than an extremely lonely old lady. We've got the Alpha block all star Serra Angel too!, No explanation needed here. But if all of these friends aren't oppressive enough, we've got Bane of Bala Ged to start wrecking your opponent's board state. Even one swing of him can devastate your opponent.
