After a long time off of magic this is my first build for the commander format.

Elsha is a super commander who combined with Jeskai Ascendancy and some manamyrs let's me cast the bigger part of my deck in one turn.

Elsha likes the silence of the mountains so this deck aims at building up a comfortzone out of which I can interact with the board while working on my combo win.

These are the various combos:

Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye / Curiosity = Ping everyone

Nettle Drone + Mirran Spy + Banishing Knack / Retraction Helix + cheap artifact = Ping everyone

Solemnity + Decree of Silence + wipe = Locking out everyone

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal = untap loop can be set up for mana or Nettle Drone

The other cards are the support to make this deck playable. In regard to Elshas abilities this is mostly noncreature stuff. Enchantments let me change the rules of the game to my advantage.

I would be happy to hear what you think of this deck.

If you'd like to help me here are some areas in which i need some advice:

• Do you think there are to many combos? Sometimes I feel it would be better to remove one to have more redundancy for the others.

• Do you know some cheaper alternatives to some of the cards? I'd really like to build the deck in paper.

• And since I'm new to Commander and want to play mostly for fun I would be definitely open for some advice on power/fun adjustment.E.g. I guess playing against Decree of Silence is not so cool so I would switch it with a Force Bubble or sth else in a casual setting.

• If you have advice how to make it more competitive this is also highly appreciated.

The best outcome for me would be to construct a fun deck which can be adjusted to the level of the table.
