This deck works with Elsha of the Infinite + Sensei's Divining Top ; if you can get any one of your artifact cost-reducing cards such as Etherium Sculptor or Cloud Key, it allows you to cast the top for free, tap it to draw a card and put the top on top of your library, then cast the top from the top with Elsha's ability, thus drawing your entire deck. The deck then features a number of mana rocks to act as rituals, eventually getting either Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter or simply getting enough Prowess triggers from your commander that Chandra's Ignition can finish off all your opponents. Aetherflux Reservoir can serve as an alternative win-con to do basically the same thing, just 50 life at a time.

My own meta: Some of the problematic decks for me will include Krenko, Mob Boss and Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas since both of those decks see my opponents playing creatures, blowing up my little creatures and swinging for un-survivable amounts of damage by around turn 5; this is the reason for the boardwipes and targeted removal spells I run. Likewise, this is part of why I;m not running Guttersnipe at the moment - pretty much any time I play a card which deals damage to all my opponents at once, either I win on that turn or all of them immediately turn on me and focus fire until I lose, so it ends up being pretty disappointing to even play such a card unless it's immediately game-ending.
