A budget version of a deck I had brewed for Elsha. Revolves around playing a mana reducer with Sensei's Top to storm off and win the game. Carries a Proteus Staff to stack your deck and win the game as well as Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for infinite mana. Win cons are essentially Grapeshot, Dual Scepter, Earthquake + StP on Elsha, or a TwisterLoop through Echo of Eons + Narset's Reversal with Lightning Bolt or Generous Gift->Reality Shift.
