NOTE

I've opted not to include it, but if you would like to add an infinite combo to this deck then find a slot for any number of cards that reduce the cost of artifacts by 1 CMC to allow for free casting of Sensei's Divining Top. If you're able to cast it for free you can tap it to draw a card (which places it on top of your library), cast it from library for free with Elsha, rinse and repeat. This will allow for infinite draws, and massive P/T boost to Elsha due to Prowess triggers.

Strategy:

Ramp quickly to get Elsha out with ways to protect her. Accrue value by churning through the top of your deck with her passive ability. Avoid pulling too much heat until you can attack for the win.

Wincons:

• Amass prowess triggers then make Elsha unblockable with Rogue's Passage
• Scroll of the Masters and Jeskai Ascendancy can make Elsha massive out of nowhere
• Cast a Storm Herd or Finale of Glory at instant speed for game-winning army
• Approach of the Second Sun, which can cast again quicker by digging through top of deck through casting/top-deck manipulation

Tips:

• Prioritize getting ways to maniuplate topdeck to allow you to cast your noncreature spells at instant speed
• If the top of your library is a mana rock or cantrip at the start of your turn, consider casting it before drawing to generate more value
• Be considerate with use of Lightning Greaves as you often won't have other creatures to move them to if you need to target Elsha
• Mystical Tutor and Enlightened Tutor allow you immediately cast the tutored card so long as Elsha is on the battlefield
• Use Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise to exile cards from your graveyard that you don't want shuffled back in with Elixir of Immortality
• Try to save your fetchlands for when you need to see a different card on top of your library
