It's an elf deck, play elves, draw cards, get tokens, and do usual elf things.

Main goal is to Alpha Authority + Lathril, Blade of the Elves so Lathril can't be blocked, get enough elves and Bolas's Citadel + Lathril, Blade of the Elves + Throne of the God-Pharaoh is devastating, and adding either Copperhorn Scout, Poison-Tip Archer, or Elderfang Venom onto it to end most games if it goes off.

Rarely works out like that, so just Fog to stall and hope your elves turn into beef cakes to either win by combat or stall long enough to bs combo. Maze of Ith to get Copperhorn Scout and Rhys the Exiled effects off for free or save Lathril.
