why not use Corrosive Gale instead of Windstorm? It can only help :)

@fireteam Windstorm is an instant which can be cast any time, and it can be put on the stack, Corrosive Gale is a sorcery, which can only be cast during your own mane phase when you have priority.

The problem with this deck is distractions. All those beef-up-your-elves cards are distractions. You can endlessly reconfigure this deck to have bigger and better creatures.
What matters here is speed. This deck, with all its creatures, can win consistently on turn 4 or 5. That may seem fast, but that's too long. This deck needs to win on turn 3.
The problem with the "win-by-attacking" strategy is you can't deal lethal attack damage by turn 3. You can't get enough creatures out fast enough, no matter how much mana generation you have. Your army will have summoning sickness by turn 3, or turn 4, which prevents you from winning fast enough. Because you can't reliably win on turn 3, you wind up adding other distracting cards to your deck, such as disenchants and whatnot. This is bad. This deck needs to be balls-to-the-wall aggro - win on turn 3 or go home.
Therefore, your strategy needs to be direct burn damage, rather than attacking. You can win on turn 3 consistently with a lot of mana-generating elves, fast card-drawing, and burn spells. Personally, I use Mob Justice, or Banefire, with Birchlore Rangers to generate red mana. By turn 3 you can draw your whole deck, lay everything down, and win.

hmm...
Seeings how your only running 6 non permanent cards, maybe consider Primal Surge . With all that mana lying around, it would be amazing to pull it off early in the game.
I believe the trade-off of possibly losing Elvish Promenade or Lead the Stampede is worth it.
Anyway, this deck still looks absolutely amazing to me. I can see you have put lots of time and effort into it.
+1 from me :)

You can't put counters on Emrakul with Immaculate Magistrate because the eldrazi has protection from green and the Magistrate targets!

Correction: my apologies, I didn't know that Emrakul have protection from colored SPELLS, so habilities may target him.

Tinkered around with the list a tiny bit, and I've managed to hardcast Emrakul on T4 :D I have it proxied up right now (mostly because Rofellos and Gaea's Cradle are too damn expensive for me xD) and it's probably my favorite deck that I play, aside from my Progenitus EDH deck

I would suggest swapping out a few Llanowar Elves for Gyre Sage, increase early game ramp with the Gyre Sage + Immaculate Magistrate

Furthermore, I would suggest adding Boundless Realms, doubling your land would help ramp

Or even a Gilt-Leaf Archdruid, stealling their land ramps for you and slows them

Solomon you're a good sport! The thing I like most about this deck is the big play potential. When this deck works, it goes off BIG TIME. We just need to make it more consistent.
Coat of Arms - Go ahead and keep it. You know your meta better than I do. If you have no reason to fear goblins, fairies, or other elf decks, Coat of Arms is a fabulous finisher. Just be prepared with some other finisher in your sideboard. Garruk Wildspeaker or another copy of Ezuri, Renegade Leader would be fine. Tribal Forcemage is a respectable option as it's not all that common and many players won't see it coming.
Lead the Stampede - This card is good if your deck is built for it. I have 46 elves in mine. Resolving Stampede will draw 3-5 elves every time. In this deck, you currently have 24 elves. That does not give you strong odds. With a number lower than 34, it is generally recommended that you play Harmonize, or use some other draw engine. Sam_I_am has a good one combining Elvish Visionary with Wirewood Symbiote. A classic draw engine was to use Wirewood Symbiote with Sylvan Messenger, but that trick also requires a 30+ elf count for proper return on investment.
Doubling Season - This is another big splash finisher. If you are going to use it, you may as well abuse it. Elvish Promenade is the boss card. However, you need more cards with similar effects. Rhys the Redeemed is a good start. I'd up him to 2x. Another good one is Imperious Perfect. She is a slow token generator, but her lord effect is a huge bonus. She can also help you rebuild after a board wipe. Rhys doesn't care who produces the tokens. His 6 mana ability will double her tokens as well.
Heritage Druid - Last time I'll write about her. If there was another card with the ability "Tap two untapped elves you control: add GGG to your mana pool", would you play that card, or would you play the one that requires you to tap three elves? Nettle Sentinel reduces the cost for the Druid's ability, which makes it easier to use her multiple times each turn. This is not a good vs bad issue. It's good vs better. The only question is whether or not Nettle Sentinel has enough synergy with the rest of the deck. Well, it's a one drop with a power of 2. You want one drops for early mana accel. You want high power because the primary win-con is attacking. The fact that it can be tapped for mana and untap to attack the same turn seems like a good thing to me.
