There is how this work:

Step 1. First two turns play some elves example Essence Warden, Nissa's Chosen, WellWisher.

Step 2. Turn three and four play Lead the Stampede or Sylvan Messenger or some others like Imperious Perfect, Ezuri, Renegade Leader or whatever as possible to play then turn four play Immaculate Magistrate or Timberwatch Elf (remember keep the defensive line until you have many elves or if you have WellWisher and some elves you gain some life.

Step 3. turn five and other turns play some goodies like Voice of the Woods, Heedless One, Joraga Warcaller or try draw them with Sylvan Messenger and Lead the Stampede then start attack if some bigger creature should be blocking the little elves you can use Immaculate Magistrate or Timberwatch Elf to put a counters your elves and remember use WellWisher every time as possible it keeps your lifes high.

Step 4. Win the game. If you have some problems like a flying creatures use Jagged-Scar Archers or Thornweald Archer to keep them down.
