Gameplan consists of playing elves and punching their face. Wincons mainly consist of just playing Craterhoof Behemoth, ramping up Joraga Warcaller a vagton, and/or spamming Ezuri, Renegade Leader's Overrun ability. Or you can just have them tilt when you turn three Plow Under while on the play.

Sideboard: Creeping Corrosion against Affinity or any other artifact shenanigans. Elvish Champion against anything with forests. Vines of Vastwood against Splinter Twin. Wrap in Vigor against 'Wrath' effects
