Well, I wasn't playing green, so i guess it makes sense that I would have more mana issues. I find I'm often stuck with Saheeli in my hand. The mana base is still a work in progress, but for now 3 Emeria 4 Flooded Strand 4 Ghost Quarter 4 Hallowed Fountain 1 Island 3 Plains 4 Sacred Foundry1 Scalding Tarn
After typing this, I realized 4 ghost quarter is a bit much. I'll probably cut it to 3.

Try filling that spot with a Windswept Heath? You could potentially just have 2 Ghost Quarter mainboard, and move 1 into the sideboard.

Yeah, that's a good idea. I think I'll also try to find a spot for a Steam Vents.

I've considered Felidar Guardian and I like that it can blink Saheeli Rai or Detention Sphere too, but I'd probably just run Restoration Angel if I added something that can't be brought back by Sun Titan.
I've only played this version a couple games against a casual deck. The two games I played, I didn't feel stuck on mana. Renegade Rallier bringing back fetches and Sakura-Tribe Elder did really well in making sure I was hitting land drops. That being said, I also never had a Saheeli Rai in hand to try playing on turn 3.
What does your land base look like in your 3-color version, and what aren't you able to cast?
