So I copied a great Madness Vampire deck from Adam_Kaiser1. I played with it and it plays great. I still use that deck, but I often play in group games usually 3/4 players just casual MTG. However that deck was not great for late games because it was more of an aggro deck, until now!

Most notably I added 4 Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and 4 Necromantic Summons. It's quite obvious what I am doing here. Because of madness I am able to discard Ulamog. I would then pull him from the graveyard with Necromantic Summons. I understand that doing so will lose me the casting ability of Ulamog, however I could still possibly get him out as early as turn 5!! I also added Haunted Cloak, mainly to give it haste (turn 6) but trample and vigilance isn't bad either. I also added Tormented Voice for card draw (and to discard) along with Geier Reach Sanitarium.

I've play tested it (but not against another deck) and was able to get Ulamog on the battlefield turn 5-9 quite a bit.
