budget sliver deck (I already own all rares of this deck) that's supposed to keep the enemy with an empty hand in case of a slow beginning or control decks.

With 4x Manaweft Sliver I want to make sure a quick start and with 4x Duress and 2x Raven's Crime disturb the progress of the enemy's deck from the very beginning.

With Fauna Shaman, Brass Herald, Diabolic Tutor and Primitive Etchings I make sure to draw the slivers I need.
