So the reason that I'm running Awakening Zone is mosty for the 0/1 that I can sacrifice but its also a decent mana ramper. Also I think that with just Khalni Garden as a creature producer it would be a little too inconsistent. I agree that Awakening Zone is not the best so do you have any other suggestions for creature generators?

What about Beckon Apparition to make tokens while hating on graveyards?

if you need extra bodies that polymorph wont hit either mainboard or sideboard, have you considered Lightform or Cloudform? a 2/2 flying lifelink or hexproof for 3 could be very relevant especially game 2 onwards. Whether you need lifegain or resistance to removal is a meta call I guess.
either way, +1. love the idea :)

Yeah, I didn't know that Beckon Apparition existed, so thanks, I think it will hold a definite place in my sideboard against certain decks. For mainboard though, I feel like it would be a bit weak...
I think that Cloudform is good but I think it may be a bit to slow. Because it has hexproof, I will put it side board because game two they usually kill my tokens.

Planar Outburst has a wrath effect that can produce a creature. It may be relevant.

@shaelmarino I think Wrath of God would be better if he wanted wraths. 1 mana cheaper, doesn't make a manland but Planar Outburst is far too slow for that.

Wrath of God is definitely better... Any idea what I should take out? I really like the idea...

1x Remand and 1x Proteus Staff? I dunno lol your deck is too solid.

Do you think it would be a good idea to take out lands? 24 seems maybe a bit high if I only need 2-3 to win the game...
September 27, 2015 7:45 p.m.
Ok ya. So conclusion is I cut out 2 lands for two Wrath of God. Should be more consistent now cause if I can't combo, at least I can slow my opponent a lot with a well timed wrath.
September 27, 2015 10:59 p.m.
No. I don't really want to have to get ride of a land when I combo off. Also, since I am running so many bouce lands, it would probably have to end up coming back to my hand at some point. Finally, this land would be the target of a lot of kill spells and would probably die before I could combo. Raise the Alarm offers me two creatures that could be targets.

Mutavault or blinkmoth nexus would be good they turn themselves into creatures and become targets for polymorph.
October 2, 2015 6:33 a.m.
I feel like those would be a bit too slow. I might consder adding them as a one of as an alternative wincon, but not as a polymorph target. As a polymorph target you would need 6 5 mana and an extra land which is too much to get and too slow. With Raise the Alarm I can do it the turn before and combo.

Interesting idea, but I find that decks focused on bringing a single creature out don't do so well. Also, there are so many cards which could easily destroy emrakul now, what with the exiling and counters... Spell Shrivel Scour from Existence

I love the mana base. You are a genius for using Khalni Garden for Polymorph. Awakening Zone doesn't help here very much. I might play Remand in it's stead.
