Ever heard of Impromptu Raid ? No? Well now you have. Lantern control has been floating around for a while and it has been putting up results. The problem with it is that it is really grindy and is not the way some people like me play. Impromptu Raid + Lantern of Insight = Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Here's how it works.

The main gameplan is to see our library with Lantern of Insight so that we know when to use our Impromptu Raids to get our giant Eldrazi.

We need to protect ourselves going into the long game. Since I don't want to spend the money on Ensnaring Bridge, I'm instead running Fog + Isochron Scepter . This works similarly except you have to spend more mana and cards on it.

We have the same plan B as the lantern control deck in the form of Codex Shredder + Ghoulcaller's Bell . If we need to and can make it happen we just mill our opponent out. Also, they help us dig to our Emrakul, the Aeons Torns.
