First of all Boros is the best guild of all time, second of all I don't think that the spark trooper belongs without some kind of sweeper. But, because you made a boros deck +1.

What would you suggest in place of the sparktroopers? In a multiplayer game he has proven quite useful.

Thalia is a bit of a disadvantage to your burn spells, but this isn't really a burn deck, so it works out. If you're looking to give Haste, Lightning Mauler might be replaced by Fervor - no need to worry about Soulbond, and everyone you bring into play benefits.

fervor is nice and all, but doesn't give haste until turn for at the earliest, tapping out to play it on turn three, where as it is more benificial to turn one champion, turn two lightning mauler unpaired, swing for two, turn three silverblade paired with mauler, swing for 11. or i can wait until turn four to pair off mauler with odric and swing in unblocked with a massive army. mauler also gives champion a pump where fervor doesn't. plus, thalia is a main part of this deck, with 32 creatures, her hindering me is next to nothing, at most making my instants 3 casts over two.

Heroic is not what it could be in standard right now. With that said when BNG comes out there is an enchantment creature in white that gives your guys first strike, which in my opinion makes heroic decks running white better. Barring straight up removal or bounce effects it allows your creatures to be more aggressive like heroic wants to be. As of now your deck looks good, but I would say cut the ordeal for 2x Dauntless Onslaught it's one of the best combat tricks in white right now and makes your creatures hard to deal with or blowouts with Phalanx Leader . On that note cut the guildmages for two more phalanx leaders

blackmarker90- going to test with your suggestions out. Would you try to find room for a third Dauntless Onslaught ? or just keep it at 2

i've been thinking maybe Gift of Orzhova , maybe for a sideboard option?

Maybe just drop Tajic, Blade of the Legion in favor of a fourth copy of Fabled Hero and a third copy of Dauntless Onslaught ?

I run a similar deck and I wonder how useful you find Aurelia, the Warleader ? I find that I very rarely reach 6 lands (though I do run slightly less land than you), and the times that I do I am either in trouble because the game is going long, or I've been mana flooded leaving me in a similarly bad situation. Have you considered taking her out in favor of Archetype of Courage , which has been previously suggested?

I usually do hit enough lands in order to play her. My problem is that when I do hit the lands, I usually do not have her. However, I do view her as a valuable piece of the puzzle. When she is out she flat out wins games. My deck is slightly different than what you see it now, I just haven't gotten to updating it yet. When I get more Born of the Gods cards to get it where I like it, I will post the update. As for removing her for the Archtype, I honestly do not think I would. I have been playing with idea of dropping one of her along with one Anax and Cymede in order to include it however. I am removing the Phalanx Leader though for the two drop common that has flying and heroic. I just view the evasion as more valuable than the collective buff I rarely use. I'd rather use my heroic triggers on impact creatures than a creature who is going to rarely be attacking for 2-3 turns.

I would say to ditch the ordeal for 2 more gifts the ordeals go away and dont help the armour and the life link will probably give you more life if it is on Fabled Hero

I'm on the edge with the Ordeals... I think I may just make it a sideboard card.

The lifegain is great against aggro and burn.

If it is put on Fabled Hero I'm getting 2 +1/+1 counters atleast, Once for targeting the Hero, once for the declared attack since it isn't sacrificed until after attacks are declared.

If I do take them out, I'd probably main the Chained to the Rocks over 2 more Gift of Orzhova and the fourth Boros Charm . Just ideas I'm toying with in my mind.

the Ordeal of Heliod can only at max give him 3 +1/+1 counters and then you gain 10 life and the aura is gone. While if you use Gift of Orzhova you get life link at 1 +1/+1 counter plus the cards effect of +1/+1 plus if you give it an Ethereal Armor it will get another +1/+1 because you still have the enchantment. the amount of life you gain on your first swing with Gift of Orzhova will at least be 8 and you could get it multiple times plus it could be larger. Also you get flying which makes fabled hero harder to block which is always a good thing. (can you tell i am currently thinking about adding Gift of Orzhova to my deck my heroes kill you instantly )

I am aware of what the Gift can do, which is why I have two maimed and the other two to side in. Like I said, ordeal will probably be taken out, but I don't really want to replace them with higher cost spells
