Another Zur the Enchanter deck for both competitive play and casual.

The point for casual play is to get Zur out, swing and get Reconnaissance out and remove him from combat, then from there stax up, draw engine up, or attempt to Voltron up. Neverending Torment + Venser's Journal + Paradox Haze is the late game combo, assuming you haven't voltron'd into a win. Outside of that, you have Rest in Peace + Helm of Obedience to mill each player out. This is a work in progress as most of my decks are and will probably change over time.

The route I go is mana-base build up until Zur is out(Turn 3 or 4), drop if I have it Swiftfoot Boots Turn 2, if not wait another turn to swing with Zur. When I swing get Diplomatic Immunity or Steel of the Godhead depending on what I'm up against, and get the other one the next time I swing. From there get Daybreak Coronet, Estrid's Invocation copying Daybreak Coronet, then Battle Mastery for a turn 7 ish win, with turn 14 being the usual win for multiplayer. If you have Strionic Resonator out it makes it faster, and as always just see where the game is going. Ghostly Prison, Greater Auramancy, and Copy Enchantment go well with each other for a pillow fort. Most of my redundancies are in there for alternate protections as well, like Avacyn, Angel of Hope.
