Dynavolt Tower is really central to this deck, which is unfortunate since you can only have two copies of it. However, if you do get both copies out, you will quickly run away with the game. You can fish out a copy with Saheeli Rai's ultimate. You may be tempted to run Thermo-Alchemist or even Sphinx's Tutelage in this deck, and there are definitely ways to make those work, but I find Thing in the Ice to be better at securing wins in this aggro heavy meta. If your opponents don't have ways to remove artifacts, they will add some after they watch you shoot down every thing they play!

Red/Blue Spells made it to the Top 8 at Pro Tour Kaladesh. In this updated list, I added Nahiri, the Harbinger and some white mana sources, including Needle Spires. She is excellent for exiling enchantments or creatures and her ultimate can help fish out artifacts like a Dynavolt Tower or Torrential Gearhulk.
