A simple, budget deck to jam Delver of Secrets   and Enigma Drake together in wonderful harmony. With 30 instants I hope the density is enough to both flip Delver and power up a big Drake. For those unsure how these decks work, it's a simple tempo decks that tries to keep the board clear long enough to bring the opponent to 0. Tell me what you think, all help is appreciated.
