Can Narset, Enlightened Master survive long enough to cause mischief?And is a 6 CMC commander with poor power and toughness ratings really something to build a deck around? First few round of playtesting seems to say yes. Key is to get him (her??) on the board, so lot's of mana-producing artifacts like Jeskai Banner. Cultivator's Caravan is a great dual-purpose find, a vehicle that produces mana. Next key is to allow her (let's go with that) to attack every turn, without getting killed. So a raft of unblockable bestowing cards (Prowler's Helm, Tricks of the Trade, Mother of Runes, Holy Mantle), etc., and some Indestructibility thrown in. Soratami Cloud Chariot is a find that can use flying to help Narset evade blockers and the other ability to brush of what it cannot!

As is, the deck may be too light on instants, hence Vedalken Orrery too boost the sorceries and artifacts to instant speed.

The fun part comes with cards like Alpha Brawl, Into the Maw of Hell, or Supplant Form.

There are cards to improve the odds of turning over four playable exiles: Ponder, Brainstorm, and the otherwise usually disappointing Explorer's Scope.

Narset's hexproof is surprisingly potent, and allows you to dare cards like Hot Soup.

The creatures in the deck are mostly supporting cast, and help divert blockers or protect Narset (eg Gustcloak Savior.

Brago, King Eternal is a surprising exception in this deck. Whether his exile/return ability for "any number" of _permanents _you control is recharging mana artifacts or redeploying Oblivion Ring or re-charging a Planeswalker, it is powerful.
