I took up a challenge to build a pauper EDH with Naomi because at first sight, she looked really like nothing much, but the built proved to be a lot of fun and as it turns out, it's quite viable. Largely based on the deck here: https://hexdrinkers.com/pauper%20commander/2022/02/24/pdh_naomi_pillar_of_order.html The main differences are largely to incorporate as many cards that I already had because our playgroup builds PDH decks from draft/prerelease leftovers. This is why the deck relies mostly on cards like Fake Your Own Death rather than Acrobatic Maneuver.

It's a rather straigthforward midrange build that allows you to build some board presence and control before you have your protection cards to pull out Naomi, since her biggest weakness is that she costs a lot of mana to recast. The utility creatures are largely artifact or enchantment as a subtype with the notable exceptions of Anointer Priest, Steadfast Unicorn, Lotus-Eye Mystics, Vulturous Aven, Thorn of the Black Rose, Starnheim Courser, Pegasus Guardian and Heliod's Pilgrim, all for obvious reasons.

When building, the main trick is to get equal part around 20-ish of both artifacts and enchantements to be sure you meet Naomi's token creation requirements.
