Hey Spooty! I like the new look, this deck's been changing its course many times since I started following it, but alas I think this versions a keeper. I love what you're doing with this deck, and I've gotten some good ideas and tips from your build here. I used some of them in my build; This is my GUR Face! | Temur Midrange (Revised). I feel like my deck's near its completion and I was hoping, if you have the time, that you'd maybe take a look.

Anyway keep up the great work, and thanks.

I would switch out the Temur Chargers for 2 more Fanatic of Xenagos or maybe some Ranger's Guile.

Surrak Dragonclaw is a complete house. include at least one! he can be a huge blow out if your opponent tries to chump block (e.g., with goblin tokens), especially if youre concerned about decks that "go wide."

How do you add the My other Decks formatting on the side of the page?

@Eric1827

It's a little foolin' around with some code, thanks to scrotality. Go to his page and it should have a little bit about it at the bottom. The links to the scripts are there. Hope this helps!

I would like to see how this deck plays against my standard deck:

Glad to see you're boarding Feed the Clan. Love that card. Did so much work for me at FNM.

Horizon Chimera might be good in the same way surrak and boon can flash in at end step.

Hey Spooty I saw your last article and after doing some playtesting myself with your deck vs other decks I really like your choices except for Temur Ascendancy which I find to be a weak/dead card at all parts of the game unless you have nothing better to play and I would advise its removal for something else but maybe I am missing something about the card. :3

Temur Charm is one of the best cards in the deck, and I don't like it at one copy. I think 2-3 is correct, cutting down on Temur Ascendancy.

I thought this deck was so cool until it became tier 1/2

I'm confused by the last post. Was that tier "half" Kiora_Fan-01?

Lol Kiora_Fan-01. One of the best compliments I've ever received.

I can't disagree that charm is a great card and better for the meta. Ascendancy is fantastic versus control (which isn't super present, yes) but is also just my signature on the deck :) I rarely build something without adding in my own little quirk. That's why it's in here.

This is a half kidding suggestion how about Circle of Flame Polymorphist's Jest and Turn to Frog . It kinda makes the gear turn a little. I use the circle as a 2 of sideboard option against aggro and it can completely shut down some some decks. Anyhow you should keep the control deck list around for tinkering. I wonder if Reality Shift is could fill the roll of spot removal.

Something I cannot suggest enough is Frost Walker. The FW allows you to run 4x Craters Claws and 4x Stubborn Denial. My buddy won 1st or 2nd place monday playing 4 of them.

For Temur having the right setup by turn 3 means you absolutely win. Consider running a high power low toughness version of the deck. The only thing that has a leg up is W/R aggro. Having your Polis Crusher in the side for those decks will solve 99% of your issues with Hordeling Outburst and as you've already mentioned those pesky creature removal enchants.

My buddy's list includes a mixture of the following:
Hour of Need - Seriously so much better than Hexproof in the aggressive low CMC version.
Goblin Rabblemaster
Shaman of the Great Hunt - If you have a Rabblemaster and then This there is no good choice for your opponent. Either you keep getting tokens or your tokens keep getting bigger, depending on what they kill.
Elvish Mystic x3 - Turn 2 Ascendancy rocks. Allows you to still play a Rabble and Attack T3, or a Frost Walker and have mana open for both a burn spell or counter turn 2.
Rattleclaw Mystic - Like the Elf, can make Shaman of the Great Hunt turn 3. Also provides the fifth mana incase you have to strive Hour of Need because of somebodies Anger of the Gods or Drown in Sorrow.
Temur Ascendancy - With Savage Knuckleblade, Frost Walker, Shaman of the Great Hunt, Hour of Need, you will get enough triggers.
Crater's Claws - Does what the charm does (gets rid of threats/blockers) and is relevant with mana available more often.Stubborn Denial
Temur Battle Rage - Good against everything except removal.

He tested 4 rounds against two different Sultai control decks. One of them was T3 Tasigur with P-Walkers and the other was Turn-3 Tasigur with less walkers, but adding in counter to his kill spells. He crushed them every single game. He also faced off against the G/R version of High Power/Low Toughness and had no problem stopping everything they did and then beating them up with Hour Of Need tokens. The only thing more solid IMO is probably W/R aggro since they can go tokens, burn spells, removal or just good creatures.

I see you play at the same venue as I do! :D
+1 Surrak Dragonclaw is a menace, and he should be played more. I like the aggro build you have currently listed here. It seems scary. I wouldn't want to sit down across from you expecting an easy game, I'd be sorely mistaken.
I don't know of any solid suggestions, but I wanted to show my liking of your build.

In addendum to my previous comment, where does Nissa, Worldwaker come in? Against control?

There seems to be quite a lot of activity on this deck as of late! I should let you all know that in real life, I have discontinued my playing of Temur in favor of Abzan and so I have also discontinued experimenting with this build. However, if I were to continue I would definitly be playing a more aggressive version with Frost Walker OR a version sticking to the midrange guns with Sagu Mauler and counterspells like Disdainful Stroke and Negate/Stubborn Denial as ways to combat control.

Ah! Who are you Blades_Of_Autumn? IF you don't mind my asking, of course.

JT Barnhart! I haven't been in an awful lot as of late.
