If I had those cards I'd stick them in too :P Actually, I do have 2 Jace, Memory Adept but I'm using them in my mill deck, I'm struggling to decide whether to move one into this deck and what to take out if I do.

IF you're running Archmage Ascension , then card:Teferi's Puzzle Box would be fun... imagine customizing your whole hand each turn... same works with Mindmoil ... in fact I've been considering putting Archmage Ascension back in my OWN niv edh deck... but i have always found it tricky to get the counters on it quickly.
ALSO, I think that Time Spiral is one of the better replenish library cards for niv decks because of the draw mechanic. You mess with all your opponents' hands, and if you have a Consecrated Sphinx or a Psychic Possession out you end up with a massive hand.
I like Psychic Spiral , and I now want to find a place for it in my deck. I can envision if you were to run Mind Over Matter , it would be pretty sweet to then win using Psychic Spiral even with no niv or Psychosis Crawler !

for edh u/r + you're trying to draw cards and you have a Stuffy Doll ..... you probably should consider a Nin, the Pain Artist .

I'd drop Urza's Armor for card:Venser's Journal.

Hey, you're reeeeaallly going to want to drop this combo in here somewhere, because it could potentially win the game every time you get it.

I'm surprised more Niv-Mizzet decks don't run Charisma .

Thanks for all the comments!
card:Teferi's Puzzle Box lets me do once what Mindmoil lets me do multiple times per turn, so it's not as effective as I'd like. Also, I try to avoid any cards that would possibly benefit the opponent too. Same goes for Time Spiral . As for the others, like I've said in the description, I only intend to get cards under a dollar, so they're good but I'll pass. You do have a point about Darksteel Ingot though, might think about replacing that.
Nin, the Pain Artist , good idea, I'll definitely consider it.
After some playtesting, I've decided I actually like to discard my hand at the end of my turns. One game I had Reliquary Tower out and I had nothing in my graveyard to recycle, leaving me in a very vulnerable position. It might be different in actual games, though, when some of my stuff would actually die. I'll keep that in mind for now.
Unfortunately Mind Over Matter is over my budget. If I get it somehow though, I'm definitely gonna abuse it :D
Charisma is something I'd really like, but it's over my budget for now.
Thanks!

This is a pretty different build for a Niv deck. Not many of the ones I've seen or encountered contain so many creatures. I have some suggestions for protection: Clout of the Dominus
, Lightning Greaves
, Robe of Mirrors
, card:Zephid's Embrace, Diplomatic Immunity
, Darksteel Plate
.
You may also want to consider card:Teferi's Puzzle Box for big draws for you on your turn, and decent interruption against your opponents. Plagiarize
is great for this deck in general, but fantastic when combined with the puzzle box or Windfall
.

I think Time Reversal would be a good replacement for your Psychic Spiral . It will reshuffle your graveyard into your library AND draw you seven cards by discarding the current one. It will force others to do the same, so the aforementioned Plagiarize by themlsna would be really mean.
For some cheap options for protection, Swiftfoot Boots , Whispersilk Cloak , and Neurok Stealthsuit might be of interest to you.

MrZoichi has the right idea. But I'd say Time Spiral > Time Reversal

I don't think you need Spellbook or card:Venser's Journal... I'd rather use Ivory Tower or Library of Leng if at all.

I guess not in this build. My Niv deck usually ends up with me having a hand of 20 or so cards, which rules when card:Teferi's Puzzle Box triggers each turn.

@themlsna for sure... I love card:Teferi's Puzzle Box and other Windfall -like effects. Thats what I based my Niv deck around, and downplaying the super draw combos. Winds of Change can be sooo much burn for 1. btw, any niv edh players ever had someone play an Underworld Dreams against you?
As for this deck... I think its so interesting that its all based around permanents and only 4 instant and sorcery spells. I'll bet that drives some people crazy when they're holding back cuz they expect a counterspell that is never coming haha!

Psychic Spiral is better because it doesnt require you to stop the combo to use it, although Time Reversal or Time Spiral should be in there too, just so you have more things to recover your cards with. Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth also replenish your library, and are massive bombs

also, u could do with some more land or some more Mana ramp. mana ramp and card draw are the two biggest asspects to winning in edh.

Mind Over Matter also goes infinite. just pointing that out. :P also anything that draws cards by tapping combos with Mind Over Matter for infinite draw and Psychosis Crawler life loss. Also, although with an unfortunately high pricetag, Consecrated Sphinx and Jace, Memory Adept would absolutely MURDER in this deck.
