Blue/White Azorius control deck utilizing a lot of new cards. Focuses a lot on Detain and Unblockable to control the field, backed up by hand searching, creature returning, and life-gaining counterspells to keep the advantage. Blazing Archon will save you if their creature sprawl is just too quick. Lots of card draw so no worries about getting something that you can use. If your field of detaining creatures isn't going to do the trick, don't be afraid to let everything die. You can just Psychic Spiral and mill them out while replenishing your library. Multiple copies of that for obvious probability reasons but also to create a loop since Psychic Spiral doesn't shuffle back with your graveyard like Elixir of Immortality, which is also in there.

Weaknesses: heavy aggro, like goblins or tokens. Otherwise it is pretty adaptable. It seems fine against most else. Usually prevails over a very brutal clone deck that runs off of pumping out Platinum Emperion and Platinum Angel clones, if that tells you anything.
