This was a deck that I played a lot in standard format during the Return to Ravnica block. If I don't draw miracle cards on the opening hand it can start pretty strong, but can start quite poorly if I do. This deck can win fast with a nice opening hand and with the lucky miracle draws, but mostly excels in the late game, which is typically achievable with the hard removal and control. I wanted to keep this deck as it was when it was in standard, but I am toying with the idea of transforming it into a modern deck, if I can do so without altering the theme too much. Typical wincon would be a miracle Entreat the Angels coupled with either Silverblade Paladin(s) or a Temporal Mastery on the next turn. Getting 2 turns in a row to swing with Geist of Saint Traft or Sublime Archangel can also get the job done.
