This is a Mono-Blue ({U}) deck meant to glorify The Mindskinner and all of the Mill focused "true crabs" of magic;

The criteria is a mono-Blue Crab that has some kind of correlation to mill. So far we have four real candidates, but that's just enough to sell the concept alongside our commander.

The build has several two card combos for milling out a player, so I do hope you enjoy the construction.
