Ephara, God of the Polis EDH. The challenge I went for:

-> No artifacts (I let the god weaponry off on the basis of both being enchantments and for flavour)

-> No instants/sorceries (the tutors seemed like a fair compromise).

Otherwise, this deck's designed to be aggressive while also triggering Ephara's ability fairly often to keep the action going.
