This is my attempt to create semi-competitive UW tempo deck for Duel Commander. This is just a draft and has not been tested enough so it's hard to say how competitive the deck is. Core of the deck is to play cheap disruptive and evasive creatures to pressure opponents life total and draw cards with Ephara's ability while doing so and protect the board using counterspells. Ephara compared to Ludevic has better card draw capability as she can draw up to 2 cards per turn cycle and the fact that she is indestructible helps keep the engine going. But the downside is that she cost 4 mana instead of 3 which is a big difference in DC and she usually cannot attack herself.
