Blood Clock or Umbilicus?

@Knightsguard: Brago, King Eternal is in the deck already, and does pretty well for me with the ETB creatures I run.

@Evoksva: I've tried running similar effects where I can't control what's being bounced, and it usually backfires on me since I play against a lot of decks with ETB creatures. Also, this deck often slows the game down to a crawl, and these effects would make that even longer. I like those cards for some other decks, like Nekusar, the Mindrazer or more of a stax Azorius build.

Geist of Saint Traft and Stubborn Denial!

So just food for thought: Cloudseeder/Faerie Impostor/Spellstutter Sprite/Voidmage Husher/Stonecloaker. These are creatures that bounce/produce tokens/counter spells or effects/and exiles a card from a graveyard for grave hate. Just some suggestions. I was really trying to think of something stupidly powerful to run with your idea, but this is the best I found.

oh there is also an artifact, Cloudstone Curio. It can get a little dangerous, but you are really wanting to abuse etb effects right?

@firestar157: I'm not a fan of Geist of Saint Traft in EDH since he'll get blocked anytime after turn 3 or 4, and the angel token doesn't stick around. Stubborn Denial also won't work well in this deck, since I often can't meet the ferocious requirement and that's really when the card is good.

@Tingettley: Of the creatures you suggest, only Voidmage Husher and Stonecloaker would have a place in the deck. Stonecloaker is already in since it triggers Ephara, has a relevant ETB effect, and interacts nicely with Equilibrium. Voidmage Husher has been in and out of the deck, mainly because it's not very mana efficient to cast or reliable to bounce back to hand, and I honestly haven't missed the ETB effect he brings too much. Cloudstone Curio is nice, but also mana-intensive to use. I chose Conjurer's Closet for that effect in this deck because Ephara only cares about one creature entering the battlefield, and I still need to build up a board presence to finish off games and the closet leaves the creature in play.

So umm... it was just spoiled, but what do you think of Monastery Master? 2W for a 2/2 Human Monk with Prowess and w/e you cast a noncreature spell you get a 1/1 white Monk token with Prowess as well. Now there is some food for thought.

Now that's a card I'm eager to try out! Hopefully it retails for less than SCG has it preordering for.

Mana Vault?

I'm not sure Mana Vault provides much value in this deck, though it does have a nice interaction with Brago, King Eternal.

Might be a stupid suggestion but Paradox Haze?

Eldrazi Displacer requires colorless mana i can't find any colorless mana generators in the deck....

I have to recommend Mirror-Sigil Sergeant. It provides a ETB trigger on each of your turns (essentially) and is also fun beater value.

great deck, I run a very similar one and can't believe I missed Reflector Mage. I definitely suggest running Lavinia of the Tenth. In my experience she is unexpectedly bonkers in multiplayer EDH, as so many of the good utility cards that are incredibly common in the format get locked down by her ETB effect.
