Ephara deck. Focuses on drawing heaps then beating down opponents. It does this by specific draw cards or flickering my own creatures. Most flicker cards also double as removal. Azorius can naturally slow down opponents and I've implemented cards to take advantage of this.

This deck was implemented on a budget so I'm well aware of some staples required like Vedalken Orrery but it's too expensive at the moment.
