This deck uses Erayo, Soratami Ascendant and either Eidolon of Rhetoric or Rule of Law to prevent your opponent from casting spells. To flip Erayo, Soratami Ascendant, it uses a lot of free (Phyrexian) cards, and there are a lot of consistency cards to find Eidolon of Rhetoric or Rule of Law. It wins with Eternal Dominion. You pretty much have to mulligan until you get Erayo, Soratami Ascendant, though. You will end up losing a lot of life over the course of a few turns, because of all the lands and phyrexian spells.
