Casual Esper control from the Theros block. Wanted to see how Disciple of Deceit would work so this build focuses on cards with CMC of 2/3 to maximize utility of the Disciple and maximize reactivity after turn 4-5. Springleaf Drum ensures that I have mana I need and also allows me to trigger Disciple's inspired ability without having to put her in combat. Phalanx Leader and agent of fates are in because of heroic triggers-buff all my creatures and clear the board seems like pretty good utility, and they're not bad beaters too. Plop an Ephara's Enlightenment on one for a good time. Glimpse the Sun God is in despite being a 1 drop because of the utility of being able to tap my creatures for inspired and/or clear a path for a beater, but this one may go because Springleaf Drum has proven to be pretty good at letting me trigger inspired. Siren of the Silent Song is in because chipping for two then forcing a discard and mill 1 is just fine and dandy, and Brain Maggot because exile is just great and it also lets me pull back Ephara's Enlightenment should I need to pop a heroic or buff a beater.
