Everyone loves treasure!

Treasure Hunt a crazy control-ish deck that embraces that fact.

The main wincon of the deck is having lots of treasure. The more treasure the better!

Primary Wincons:

1 - Toss a ridicously huge Torment of Hailfire using all your treasure for massive mana.

2 - Use Marionette Master and turn treasure to deadly damage.

3 - Beatdown with Hulks, Pirates, Gods and stolen Zombie creatures!

After some testing most games seem to be won mostly by Torment of Hailfire (current record is 13x Triggers) and the Marionette Master. The Scarab God works very nice with all our creatures as they all have nice etb effects to abuse.

Card Choices

Treasure Generators Show

Treasure Map  : One of the funniest cards in the Ixalan set. Helps filtering early and turns into a ramp engine with the option for additional draw. Works really well, alas a little slow at times.

Spell Swindle: Funniest Counter printed in ages, it is basically an expensive mana drain.

Vraska, Relic Seeker: Pirate Vraska can handle difficult permanents and generating treasure in the progress. She also provides some blockers and is pretty awesome in general. She is also a pirate planeswalker. Our treasures should allow us to splash green when the time is right.

Removal Show

Bontu's Last Reckoning:Cheap boardwipe, preferable cast with treasures / cells so you can keep your lands untapped as much as you can.

Fatal Push: Superb removal. Takes care of early threats and between cells, treasures and evolving wilds the revolt should be quite easy to activate.

Vraska's Contempt: Another instnt removal that also provides some life and hit's planeswalkers.

Torment of Hailfire: Indirect removal that rewards you for having lots of treasure mana. An underestimated card that work like a charm in this deck.

Controlish Show

Kitesail Freebooter: Hand-disruption, granting you intel about your opponent's hand. Pokes some damage.Also very nice to reanimate later with the god, giving you a flying 4/4 and additional disruption.

Essence Scatter: Nice creature counter that curves nicely between fatal push and Supreme Will.

Supreme Will: Counter and filtering in one neet card. What's not to like?

Search for Azcanta  : Additional filtering with late game card advantage options and bonus mana. Love it.

Sideboard Show

Duress: Additional cheap Hand-disruption

Doomfall: Handy combination of disruption and removal, very good vs. Gods ,Hydras and Carnage tyrants.

Negate: Cheap counter vs. Control / creature-light decks

Lost Legacy: That one card to kill a combo.

Dispossess: Anti-artifact tech. Good vs. gearhulks, pummeler and Gift-decks.
