Artifact storm deck modified to use esper base to accommodate Contraband Kingpin and Salvage Titan . Riddlesmith felt too weak to removal (mainly bolt/other burn) in previous builds of the original artifact storm deck.
Contraband Kingpin also blocks a lot better than Riddlesmith which helps in the early turns (especially with lifelink). He functions a little worse since he doesn't dig so deep, but with the next card, we don't care about going off in 1 turn.
Salvage Titan is our sac outlet and "thing to do with a ton of artifacts" allowing us to draw off terrarions, wellsprings, stars and throw away other stray artifacts. He's a decent clock and doesn't need to be in our graveyard unlike Metalwork Colossus to let us sacrifice stuff. Chain 2 of them together to imitate a sacrifice outlet that costs zero mana. Also means 3 triggers of disciple for every 2 non-titan artifacts sacrificed.
One of Grand Architect allows us to get a ton of mana after a turn 2 Etherium Sculptor if we have another mana reducer in hand. But multiples feels really bad since he's the hardest to cast.
Most of the other cards are cantrips to keep on digging, with Disciple of the Vault and Conjurer's Bauble as the infinite damage win con: 1 bauble in grave, 1 in play, no libary = sac play bauble to return grave bauble to libary and draw it, play hand bauble and repeat = infinite storm => Disciple of the Vault for the win.
Funny enough is that due to the switch of Contraband Kingpin and Riddlesmith , we don't aim for the large storm count combo anymore. Instead, we opt for either:
a) fast Salvage Titan or Metalwork Colossus
b) 20 damage from disciple and sacrifices
c) infinite damage from disciple and baubles
