Blink shenanigans for fun and value!

The gameplay is to disrupt the opponent's gameplan from multiple angles - hand disruption, bouncing/exiling/strangling creatures, exiling graveyards - and use the deck's consistent value generation to grind out the game. Soulherder provides recursive value and a hopefully big beater, and the Displacer-Nullifier lock allows this deck to pick away or demoralize the opponent into a scoop.

The deck doesn't run Cavern of Souls or fetches for budget reasons. Fast lands and pain lands help the deck maintain speed and consistency for a much lower price tag.

The deck doesn't run Grief or Solitude because that gameplan doesn't quite square with trying to run out a turn one Vial. The budget difference of the incarnations vs. Vials isn't huge right now, but I wanted a playset of vials to run with other decks.
