This deck aims to abuse Duskmantle Seer by loading up on cheap, 2 CMC spells. It doesn't hurt you much to hit these spells with the Duskmantle, but the value that they generate for just 2 mana is quite high. The value comes from Extort, allowing the cheap mana costs to turn extra mana into extra life and damage, and full play-sets of 3 different charms, adding a wide range of versatility to your hand. The Dimir and Azorius Charms are especially useful, as they can easily manipulate your opponent's draw to combo effectively with the Seer.
