I thought Esper Control was dead, and I played a lot of UB control. Recently I decided to start playing esper again just simply because of the cards that look really good when DTK comes out. Shockingly, this list got me 5-0 the past two FNM's that I went too. I tried playing with Jace's ingenuity, but found out divination is just way better. Yes it's a sorcery, but the two cards sooner than turn 5 is definitely a plus. In the SB i got 2 copies of Rakshasa's Desdain simply because everyone has caught on to having negate as a sideboard card that will come in, so they play around negate, which is why i love when they decide to drop a creature instead of a noncreature, and i cast rakshasa's desdain, i always get a "oh...uhh. ouch" I always feel giddy inside when i play it. meditation puzzle...omg...fantastic against aggro and other burn decks. again, my opponent doesn't expect it. 9/10 times they ask me if they can read the card. I would love to have some advice on the deck or any ideas to make it even better! Or any suggestions on what to change around with what for when DTK comes out!
