I have recently gotten back into magic and have decided to start going to FNM soon. I have a few decks that are casual and for fun but I wanted to make a deck that fit standard and that I would enjoy. I wish I could give credit to all the decks I looked at for inspiration but there are just too many. I have a good number of these cards and am willing to spend more to obtain the rest. I would love any and all advice on this deck. I have never played these yet but have seen a few similar decks and I have the basic grasp of it. The side board is mainly for aggro decks and graveyards. My biggest concern are the numbers for my cards. My win conditions are Blood Baron of Vizkopa,Jace, Memory Adept, Obzedat, Ghost Council and Debt to the Deathless. I enjoy decks that control, mill and life gain and that is what I was going for with this deck. Thanks in adance.

I went to my first FNM. I went 3-1-0 for the night. As a matter of fact I didn't lose a game until the final round. Here is the rounds and their breakdowns I experienced.

Round 1: Vs a black mono deck. The player was fairly new to the game. He told me that this was his second FNM. He seemed to be running bogwitch and her combos. Blood Baron of Vizkopa totally shut him down. He just had no answer for it. The first match lasted a while due to me not drawing any win conditions. Thanks to debt for the debtless and Sphinx's Revelation the damage he inflicted on me was negated. The second match against him was over quickly due to Jace, Memory adapt and Blood Baron.

Round 2: Vs Golgari. The deck was heavy on scavenge and he ran Vraska the Unseen. The first match i had slow draws again and he managed to get off Vraska's ulitmate power but thanks to a {{supreme verdict]] then a Detention Sphere I locked him down and finished him. The second match he seemed to be mana screwed and it didn't take me long to finish him.

Round 3: Vs Seleynsa. The first round was a tough one. He managed to get me to 4 life and I had almost milled him out but I didn't have enough to finish him off. I milled him with Jace and had another Jace in my hand so I was able to play the other one and milled him for the last 8 cards he had for the win. The second round I drew Jace on time and milled him out pretty quickly.

Round 4: Vs a red/green creature deck. To be totally honest I have no real idea what the make up of this deck was. Both games I only drew 3 lands and he played a lot of cheap creatures with haste and he also had Domri Rade. I know this was very experienced player and I would have liked to seen how my deck would have faired against him.

Overall I feel like the deck could speed up some and if I had the shock lands that would be a big help. I feel like my win conditions were all great to have. Personally AEtherling was not needed and my other win conditions were all more useful. I want to add another debt to the debtless and I'm going to remove both of the Quicken. I only had one going in as there was a mix up on my order and I don't really feel like it was as useful as I wanted it to be when I did play it. I think I'm going to add a couple of Silence to the sideboard. Thanks for the suggestions and more are welcome.
