Damn it Liam I hate it when you're right. New list look better? I just hate playing two of the same planeswalker, it can cause very clunky hands and draws. Maybe a second Tasigur for one of the Elspeths?

Personally I would prefer Hero of Bladehold in here over the 1 Tas if you're going double white to hit Elspeth. The way your deck is looking, he won't hit the floor until turn 4ish anyways. Hero will help you go wide faster. But if you really want to run two Tas I'd switch out a Snap instead of an Elspeth. Elspeth is your win-con if you want to be swinging for 9 on turn 4.

jonathanveedot Yeah Hero of Bladehold might be a good idea. The two possible things I would consider cutting for it would be either one Geist or a Snapcaster. The thing that kind of makes me lean towards the Geist is because first of all getting multiple legendaries sucks, and also my third Geist is currently the only card that I don't own for this deck. Thoughts?

If you don't already own the 3rd Geist then that sounds like a good move. I would normally say I like running a third legendary, but Geist has hexproof so he's resilient to removal and should maintain his board presence when summoned. However, I would prefer to remove a Snap for the Hero, personally. 3 Snaps is enough to see one or two of them come up per game while still securing the consistency of drawing a Geist. If you ever draw two Geists just suicide bomb with the first so that you can hit for 4 and possibly kill a chump blocker, then summon the next Geist at the end of that turn.

There's no need to cut a tas or snap. The first easy cut is Dismember, cause it sucks. If we were going to cut a lot from the deck, this would be the order: Dismember, Timely Reinforcements, Spell Snare, Shadow of Doubt, a single Geist of Saint Traft, Esper Charm, and then we get into hard cuts.
But wait! What are we cutting these cards for? Hero of Bladehold? Like we need more win conditions. Even if we wanted more, Gideon Jura and Batterskull would go in before Hero of Bladehold.
But why cut Elspeth anyway? Has getting multiples been a problem? There is only 2. And don't get me wrong, don't cut Dismember. It sucks, but removal is removal. If only affinity wasn't a thing we could play Go for the Throat... Actually keeling the black splash to a minimum seems better.

You could try something like Valorous Stance to save Geist or kill a large threat.
For the SB, maybe consider -

Glitterfang saying that Inquisition of Kozilek and Dispel will be enough when burn is your worst matchup is ridiculous. The real reason for no Kor Firewalker is that it's too much of a stretch for the manabase.
You've been pushing this deck more and more control and less and less tempo, which is very bad. Reactive control has been proven to not work in modern. Control with proactive plans like Elspeth, Knight-Errant + Geist of Saint Traft does work, so I don't know why you keep making the deck more and more reactive and less proactive.
Fact is, straight up U/W is better than esper. It was a black splash at the beginning for Lingering Souls, which I still think was worth it. But the more you go into black, the worse your deck will be.
A couple other things:
you will never beat amulet bloom
Supreme Verdict is very good vs Collected Company decks and merfolk, okay vs mind and abzan, and bad vs everything else.
You know you're never going to spend the money on those new planeswalkers
Buy Timely Reinforcements already!
And go back to esper midrange, not control.
