My Esper control deck I've been playing since the new Standard rotation began. Have a decent win ratio. Win conditions are Torrential Gearhulk and Approach of the Second Sun, with enough card advantage generators to search for both and/or the lands needed to play them. Settle the Wreckage can be a game changer, especially with the threat of Gearhulks. It can remove some really hard-to-kill creatures (gods, Carnage Tyrant, bypasses Blossoming Defense). If the opponent is playing games by only attacking with one or two creatures, I put Fumigate in from the sideboard.

I am currently experimenting with the amount of lands. 21/22 seems low, but with the amount of scry and draw effects it allows to search for lands and win conditions as needed.
