This deck is a deck I've wanted to create recently due to the amazing abilities of Daxos of Meletis and Nightveil Specter . Including Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, and we can effectively steal ALL the things.

Blood Baron of Vizkopa is a card I've loved since I began Magic. He is so useful. A late game life-gainer for control. Yes, please.

AEtherling, need I even say why?

Daxos of Meletis was the whole inspiration behind the idea of this deck.I love his life-gain and stealing abilities. Personally, I feel he is under used.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is my personal favorite Magic card of all-time. Love him so much! (Yes, Ashiok is a male. Look it up.)

Nightveil Specter .... Does it really need the description? Chromatic Lantern allows me to effectively play cards exiled with Nightveil also. Not only that, it opens up the fact that all my mana can now be used to Dissolve, Negate, and Essence Scatter all your stuff that I didn't already take.

Whip of Erebos because who doesn't love life-gain and (semi)free creatures?
