Modeled after legacy miracles.

Primer: The grindiest of control decks. I'm pretty confident with that description having an Elixir of Immortality and Academy Ruins to keep replenishing critical spells. The deck's goal is to slowly develop a hearty land base and eventually cast an Entreat the Angels at instant speed using deck manipulation effects. There are several grindy win condition cards such as Narset Transcendent or Jace, the Mind Sculptor . I have yet to straight up mill someone with Blue Sun's Zenith but I'm looking forward to that day. The deck's biggest weakness is midrange decks with constant, sticky threats that hit turn after turn. Otherwise, it's great against straight aggro, combo, and opposing control decks. Average CMC is closer to 2.8 in practice with all of the delve/alternate casting spells.

Potential Cuts:

1. Terramorphic Expanse Swap for Myriad Landscape . Easy cut.
2. Serum Visions Low impact cantrip at sorcery speed but it still helps draw into a miracle costed card and fuels Primal Amulet  . On the fence here in regards to what it would be replaced with.
3. Leyline of Anticipation Teferi, Time Raveler is almost a strict upgrade. He's much more versatile with a cheaper cost but is easier to remove. Worst case scenario it can cycle for a card an remove a threat. Easy cut.
4. Fact or Fiction On the fence about this one. Maybe Teferi, Hero of Dominaria is just better?
5. Radiant Fountain Used to be a fan of this late game and it does help cast Kozilek, the Great Distortion , but it's just outlived it's usefulness since the deck has so much card draw elsewhere now. Looking for anything better as a utility land. Karn's Bastion to fuel the planeswalkers?
