Made a few changes.

Nephalia Drownywards are for milling opponent. Ghost Quarter is to destroy special lands like other Nephalias, moorland haunts, especially useful against kessig wolfruns as trample is a problem.

Azo charm is used for protection from aggro early game, and also to draw cards late game. Dramatic rescue is also decent for surviving early game. The 2 extra life really helps.

Obzedat is a little out of place, but once you get it out, it really helps a lot and gives an extra win condition.
