We live in a society...an Esper society. This deck has everything you need for a miserable dystopia: A rigged "democracy", puppeteering mob bosses, layers of bureaucracy, scapegoating, oppressive tax brackets, a royal white elephant gift and of course- an infinite turn (Time Sieve and Thopter Assembly) combo to ensure the populace can never truly have any real power. This is more of a statement piece than a competitive deck, and is designed with fun primarily in mind.
