My variant on an updated version of Esper Twix (BUW) making use of good removal spells like Path to Exile and Fatal Push, along with classic hand disruption like thoughtseize and inquisition. Out-valuing opponents with cheap effective creatures that have their niches whether it be flashing back spells with Snapcaster Mage, disruption with Tidehollow Sculler, Meddling Mage to lock out threats we can't answer at the moment, or Spell Queller to psuedo-counter anything that may have gotten past hand disruption. Also making use of Restoration Angel to blink the aforementioned cards to get even more value off of their etb triggers. This allows us to grind out the opponent, hopefully keeping them off of having a hand, while we get in with the beats of Geist of Saint Traft.

This is an edited version of my previous Esper list found here

For a much more tempo oriented list since I can't decide on which style I like better.

3/17/18

Main:

-3 Thoughtseize -4 Inquisition of Kozilek +4 Silence +2 Collective Brutality +1 Ghost Quarter

Deciding on whether or not to cut the hand disruption spells for more tempo based cards. The first for testing [Silence] is the first up. I really like the idea of locking your opponent of out their turn while proactively protecting your threats as well. Also wanting to throw in [Collective Brutality] while its not Tempo per say it provides much needed reach, while providing utility of a duress/-2/-2

If I don't like the CBs I want to cut them to test [Exhaustion] and an extra [Fatal Push]

Side:

-1 Ghost Quarter +1 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver
