Pilfered Plans rather than Divination , again I still say that spot belongs to Opportunity since it can be played on your opponents turn if they didnt cast anything you wanted to counter.
also Syncopate instead of Time Ebb , you have enough removal and if you play against a deck like your own you wont see many creatures to put up top, Azorius Charm has the cycle effect that makes up for it but time ebb does not.
or Daxos of Meletis again since I dont think ebb is useful enough

thanks again CW, play testing now with some of your suggestions.

Daxos of Meletis really is a great card in this kind of deck. He can let you play their land and has that mana fixing ability which allows you to play cards of any color as long as you have the mana. The lifegain is super relavent right now with all of the RDW and G/W aggro decks out there right now. He is a perfect fit. It is super easy to take things like Boros Reckoner and Deathrite Shaman early on and even AEtherling or Blood Baron of Vizkopa later in the game.
I have a similar deck if you would like to check it out ----> Kleptomaniacs Get All the Nice Things

MR H3AT i like your deck build for this idea! i used to have two Daxos of Meletis but i was concerned that my 3-drop slot had so many things already.

@MR H3AT Daxos doesn't let you play land, Nightveil Specter can though.
November 5, 2013 2:23 p.m.
Ah. Just caught the wording there. He can "cast" the card exiled. Nightveil Specter says "play" the card exiled. Thanks for mentioning that, CW.

i like him, MajorShitstorm! i just have so many 3-drop and 3CMC spells that i wanted to sort of make sure the curve wasn't messed up... i would like to do things on turn 2 like Azorius Charm something to the top of the library to exile away with Ashiok on turn 3.

Chromatic Lantern ? Helps mana fixing and also allows you to cast everything the Specter steals
December 5, 2013 6:39 p.m.
i originall had the Chromatic Lantern in here, lil_cheez. the Specters also let me play the opponents' lands that get exiled, so i kind of saw that as a two-for-one function, since the lantern can swing in with Flying damage. its a good suggestion, but i'm just wary of the 3 drop slot in this deck. just trying to find the perfect balance here!

Anything with the Extort, Detain, and/or Cipher mechanics?
December 8, 2013 2:50 p.m.
KingSorin i like that stuff but my mana base is all messed up... i'm thinking of cutting the White out and making it a Dimir deck exclusively

add in some temples. Temple of Silence , Temple of Deceit and Temple of Enlightenment not only fix your mana, but also let you scry to better cards.

SednoKier there are way too many 3-drops already and since i use Supreme Verdict i don't necessarily want to add creatures (of my own; i don't necessarily care about blowing up creatures i've stolen if they aren't of any use anymore)
jermtube says... #1
thanks for the detailed input jsansoldo. i had Stymied Hopes in here for the Scry/cancel combo which i thought was good, because i originally had Omenspeaker s in here before i cut most of the creatures out. AEtherling is great: i've just been sort of trying to do something a little different from everyone else that has blue mana in their deck. i might have Psychic Strike / Lazav, Dimir Mastermind in place to keep the "steal your things" motif going. i'll play test all of this, of course. also, please don't call the redundancy squad because i'm on probation.
