As you can see this deck is too far out of any sort of competitive format so it for just causal beat downs of your friends decks.

Use Baleful Strix and Thoughtcast to speed up the retrieval of Tinker. In almost all games you should be able to cast Tinker turn 3 and put down Blightsteel Colossus. Unless they have a cheap exile card you will win in a turn or two.

Ethersworn Canonist, Mana Leak and Dispatch are great ways to slow down opponents.

You can also use Phyrexian Metamorph to copy Blightsteel Colossus or Wurmcoil Engine.

Use Master Transmuter to quick summon Blightsteel Colossus or Wurmcoil Engine if tinker isn't comeing.

Longer play use Steel Overseer to buff creatures like Etched Champion speed this up with Unwinding Clock.
