i dont like the Duskmantle Seer 's in the side board. i like the card itself, i like the idea behind it, but ive been burned way more that its been of use. tamiyo could make an appearance, combined with some more removal, say Devour Flesh or Terminus so youre not permanently getting rid of threats on your side of the board. i like it though, +1.

@Sa'kagé

I agree about the Duskmantle Seer . I really only had him in there as filler. My main board is complete as of right now but my side board is lacking. I like the idea of Terminus or Devour Flesh . I'll have to run those this Friday...Btw this deck is undefeated!

All your creatures seem like great targets for Restoration Angel . I think having a full 4 on cyclonic rift seems unnecessary? If you want to use the angel I'd cut there for 2-3, or if you don't want the angel, cutting 1 rift for another Supreme Verdict main seems good? I'm not super familiar with running esper so I could be off.

Restoration Angel is a possibility. I like it! As for Cyclonic Rift ...I love that card so much I actually consider it the second best card in the deck after Azorius Charm . Its the way I use it that makes it effective. It gives me 4 more bounce effects which can be huge and comes in handy in a multitude of situations.

Restoration Angel will be a good sideboard card against midrange decks and some control match ups. Thanks you for your input by the way I appreciate it :)

You got a +1. I really think the use of another way for Esper to win. Obzedat, Ghost Council and Geist of Saint Traft putting in work while you mill sounds good to me.

@xXxBigExXx

Thank you!

I use Spectral Flight sometimes to make my Augur of Bolas and other creatures push damage through. In this aggressive meta you sometimes have to fight fire with fire. I do pretty well with most aggro, the only one being certain zombie builds. That's why I have 3x Rest in Peace side boarded in.

If you're playing Evolving Wilds to only get one swamp just swap it for another swamp

Actually, using Evolving Wilds to get the one Swamp is not a bad play. It gets 2 cards out of the deck instead of 1.

@GJTanner87

I'm not just using Evolving Wilds for fetching. It allows me to shuffle my deck so I get get those cards I tucked at the bottom of my library back.

I'd reccomend Midnight Haunting 's as a sideboard card against aggro because of the instant speed blockers

Hey do you think this deck will still work if I got rid of the Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and added another Aetherling?

May 23, 2013 4:18 p.m.

CrimsonKing says... #15

@tonycheat9

This deck will work without her! I usually side her out depending on which Meta I'm in. Another AEtherling is fine. I never wanted more than one though.

@CrimsonKing

Lets say I'm on a budget and I can't afford Liliana of the Veil what would you replace it with?

May 23, 2013 10:24 p.m.

CrimsonKing says... #17

@tonycheat9

Well you can always use Sorin, Lord of Innistrad as he provides some similar advantages. Far / Away is good too.

@CrimsonKing

Thats a great idea, thank you!! This deck is great!

I used to run Sorin in here but wanted to change things up a bit. He's easily available in foil if you buy the duel deck: Sorin vs Tibalt.

If I don't have Snapcasters what would be the best substitute for him? I was thinking Augur of Bolas since he's a 1/3 with a nice card search ability. As for the earlier comment for Liliana would you recommend substituting all of them with Sorin or would that mess up mana since its a 1BB vs. 2WB?

May 25, 2013 3:51 p.m.

CrimsonKing says... #21

@grimortron

You don't want more than 2 Sorins, well you could but I never wanted more than that when I used him. Hes good because he gives you bodies and his emblem boost your attackers. I play this deck is as more of a mid range deck than a control deck so adding in two of him is great for being aggressive.

Augur of Bolas would be a good substitute for Snappy if you add in a few more spell like Far / Away .

Have you not considered BloodBaron for this deck, as a staple sideboard card that can deal with lot of the major threats in the current format.

May 27, 2013 12:45 p.m.

CrimsonKing says... #23

@stobbart

I am considering him. I have one in the sideboard in the paper version of this deck. I need to acquire one more.....

stobbart says... #24

Ah i see, I love the deck though, very well built for the current meta. BloodBaron trades nicely with your Lavina's too.
